[GRASS-dev] GRASS 6.3.0RC5 released

 A fifth release candidate of GRASS 6.3.0 is now available:

Key fixes include improved portability for MS-Windows
(native support), several module fixes, and especially the
introduction of a new, Python based portable graphical interface
which includes a new vector digitizer.

About GRASS GIS:

(GIS) used for geospatial data management and analysis, image
processing, graphics/maps production, spatial modeling, and
visualization. GRASS is currently used in academic and commercial
settings around the world, as well as by many governmental agencies
