Python has long use TkInter as a default GUI scripting platform. This  
is why it comes with TclTk. We are using wxPython. With the new GUI,  
TclTk is no longer necessary EXCEPT for NVIZ. NVIZ functionality still  
needs to be ported to wxPython.
