[GRASS-dev] wingrass: --with-nls

Hello,

I'm trying to compile 6.3RC4 on windows with internationalisation support.
However, I'm already stumbling over configure:

checking whether to use NLS... yes
checking for gettext... no
checking for gettext in -lintl... no
configure: error: *** Unable to locate gettext() function.

I have tried with the following msys binary packages installed:

gettext-0.16.1-MSYS-1.0.11.tar.bz2
gettext-devel-0.16.1-MSYS-1.0.11.tar.bz2
gettext-0.16.1-1-dll.tar.bz2

and the following paths added to PATH:

/c/msys/usr/bin
/c/msys/usr/lib
/c/msys/usr/local/bin

I have also tried with the complete GnuWin32 gettext package
(http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/downlinks/gettext.php) installed, and
adding

/c/programme/GnuWin32/bin
/c/programme/GnuWin32/lib

to PATH.

Could someone give me a small hint on how to solve this ?
