#206: SQL builder prints the name of the vector map to the terminal

 1. add a vector map

 2. right click it on the list > "Show attribute data"

 3. check "Advanced"

 4. press "SQL Builder"

 The vector map's name is printed to the terminal which should not take
 place. Also, as you click around errors "(python:5988): Gtk-WARNING **:
 gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -5 and
 height 15" are printed too.
