 v.proj --help prints the -z description somewhat strange - in 2 lines and
 with different intendation:

 {{{
 Flags:
   -l   List vector maps in input location and exit
   -z   3D vector maps only
         Assume z co-ordinate is ellipsoidal height and transform if
 possible
  --o   Allow output files to overwrite existing files
  --v   Verbose module output
  --q   Quiet module output
 }}}

 In wxGUI the v.proj is missing -l option decsription. Maybe related.
