[GRASS-dev] another summer of code idea

I remember another of my summer of code ideas that I sent in awhile  
back.

Replace r.los with something that functions like r.cva but that  
doesn't have it's license issues and doesn't have it's (and r.los)  
VERY slow algorithm.
