 Nothing in that page is seriously out of date as far as I can see. The
 links are up to date and indeed were improved recently when someone made a
 similar point. Perhaps the page looks out of date because of the old
 Cygwin screenshot at the top? Just now I have added one of native WinGRASS
 too, just to make it a bit shinier. :) (Should show up on the webserver in
 a few hours)
