[GRASS-dev] One more little thing for moving to OSGEO

I just tried to go to the addon¹s svn directory from the downloads page.

It sent me to 
<https://grasssvn.itc.it/grasssvn/grassaddons/trunk/grassaddons/>. This
brought up a page that only said...

³Please set up a repository path in include/config.inc using
$config->parentPath or $config->addRepository
See the installation guide for more details²

Shouldn¹t this be directed to the osgeo svn?
