Ah, on the server I found a local change:

--- vector/vectorlib.dox        (revision 33309)
+++ vector/vectorlib.dox        (working copy)

I have reverted that and set it to the SVN version.
In ~1h from now we can check again:
http://download.osgeo.org/grass/grass6_progman/main.html

Hopefully now solved.
