[GRASS-dev] r39983 and r39984 - Module dialogs now size correctly on opening.

Err, module dialogs no longer size correctly on opening (Linux Fedora 10 
and Fedora 12), was just fine before r39983 and r39984, now the lower 
part is not visible, missing are the essential buttons close, apply, ok, 
help for the d.* modules and close, run, copy, help for other modules, 
amongst other options, depending on the module. Could you please revert 
these changes? Also please be aware of modules with lots of options and 
a system with low screen resolution, the adjusted dialog height may 
exceed the screen height, something highly annoying (running some 
virtual machines here for testing where that would be a problem).
