Just trying to build vector map 'bridges' from nc_spm. The module ends
up with the 'position mismatch' error.

$ v.build bridges
Building topology for vector map <bridges>...
[...]

Number of lines: 0
Number of boundaries: 0
Number of centroids: 0
Number of areas: 0
Number of isles: 0
ERROR: position mismatch
