[GRASS-dev] RFC: providing parameters to a new i.ortho module

Hi folks

while working to a Rational Functions Model implementation for grass
I wondered if the most a-la-grass approach to pass a long list of per-image
parameters (about 90 floating coefficients) is adding a suitable 'RPC' text
file in a group. That file should be created by parsing per-sensor meta files 
generally distributed along with level 1 images by vendors (or eventually 
generating it by GCPs).
