    grass-addons/general/grass_create_location/grass_create_location.sh

for a long time I had hoped we could have a command line option
from the main /usr/bin/grass6x command (init.sh/init.py) to do
something similar. (we already have -c to create a new mapset).


any thoughts on integrating this into init.*?
