[GRASS-dev] Add addons/extensions to WinGrass 6.4

Greetings

This may sound a very newbie question (and it's!!) but I want to know 
How can I add an addon/extension to WinGRASS 6.4? I have a few functions 
in C and I want to have them in WinGRASS. Is there any tutorial/cookbook 
that explains this?
