[GRASS-dev] Customize menudata.ml

Greetings all

I want customize my DW-E menu and add a few new menus bla bla bla. I'm
editting XML file but I'm having a problem. Special characters such as ñ á à
etc are not recognized.
Question: How can I parse this characters in the XML file?
Note: I have set Spanish language and the GUI supports those characters.
