 Hi helli,
 for me yes. I have had this problem in the past, but it's all ok with
 WinGRASS-6.4.0SVN-r39271-1.
 I have made a test with this command:

 r.los --overwrite input=DEM at PERMANENT output=vis coordinate=304000,4211134
 max_dist=50000
