 Hi,

 using grass65 on osx, in the mapdisplay wuindow
 if i select the 3dview combobox give me a gui crash
 and i have to restart the wxpython gui.

 if wxnviz is not ready, why don-t disable it from the combo box (like for
 the digitizer)
