[GRASS-dev] I.aster.toar bug on windows

tested with the latest nightly build (WinGRASS-7.0.SVN-r44580-1-Setup.exe).

the dialog box isn't opening and a windows error message pops up, that wingrass7 is crashing.

there is following message in wx-gui-output:
