[GRASS-dev] win7 problem with new default installation path

it still crashes when adding vector, but I don't see anybody else complaining
about this (as I said there is no problem when winGRASS is installed 
under the previous path that did not have spaces).
I am not sure whether this should delay RC6

it was 
C:\Program Files (x86)\GRASS-64-SVN
before.
It crashed. It is not the parentheses - the spaces cause the problem.
