[GRASS-dev] grass from osgeo4w gets caught from antivirus

these days i had similar problems with norton/symantec-antivirus
 and self compiled grass64 on windows.

IMHO it's not a task of a great open source software to work for the inadequacy of a operating system or anti-virus-software.
