 i've tested the patch with a fresh-Grass64svn-checkout and default options
 in /mswindows/osego4w/package.sh (so no GDAL_DYNAMIC=).

 export nc-spm-elevation-data by r.out.gdal and linking by r.external are
 working, but "d.rast -o map=externRlink" crashes with error "Unable to
 load GDAL library". GDAL_DYNAMIC= turned on, d.rast the linked external
 raster is working.
