[GRASS-dev] 6.4.0 blocker bugs

I've tested v.db.addcol in my self compiled grass64 in my WinVista32-box.

v.db.addcol works by the wx-gui-attribute-table-manager, from the v.db.addcol-wxgui 
and from the wxgui-command line.
