[GRASS-dev] WinGrass64 - NVIZ greyed out

Hi,

I see also r42831 for develbranch_6.

but in wingrass65 (r42813 self compiled) the menue-entry for NVIZ isn't greyed out and NVIZ can be started from the menue.
