 Hi,

 trying again, 6.4.0svn nightly build r42845 on Windows XP using the NASA
 wms global_mosaic example from above.


 it dies because it can't find `$GISBASE/etc/r.in.wms/wms.request` even
 though it is added to the PATH earlier on. (I note that everything else in
 the path is /c/Program.. but the add-on etc/ dir is c:/Program...  don't
 know if that matters or not)

 probably the Makefile needs to create .bat wrappers and copy them to
 $GISBASE/bin/

 I expect the same thing will be needed for i.oif which also keeps helper
 shell scripts in $GISBASE/etc/.
