I have installed the WinGrass64-installer and R 2.11.1 on my
 WinVista32-box.

the wingrass-installer delivers a command line.

in the command line during a Grass-session you can change to the
 installation folder of R
and then you are able to start R inside a Grass-session.

it would be nice to have the R's installation path in %PATH%, so you can
 start R directly
 in the WinGrass-delivered command line.

 From the R-Windows-FAQ:
 Registry_003f)

"Does R use the Registry?" => this would maybe a starting point

 maybe something for 6.4.1?

 best regards
 Helmut
