 Tested with WinGRASS-6.4.SVN-r42668-1 on Vista. It's better now, as in CLI
 it fails with same message as in wxGUI (stats.out: Permission denied). No
 more assertion errors. Horray! Still r.terraflow is not working for
 windows users.
