 Hi,

 If I set the region of a world map to center on Australia, d.what.vect
 only gives query results for longitude<180.

 it should automatically convert coords with 180-360 &/or -180-0 to match
 the same standard as the read-map data uses.

 (I expect this goes rather deeper than d.what.vect, and so has a higher
 payoff for fixing..)

 {{{
 g.region w=25W e=25W res=0:30 -p
 d.rast etopo2
 }}}

 thanks,
 Hamish
