[GRASS-dev] Reading Vector Map for RST

I am new to GRASS GIS. I am trying to implement v.surf.rst on CUDA. I
do not have any experience with vector map of GRASS. My immediate task
is to transfer array which is used for interpolation to gpu memory.

Could someone please illustrate how I should read vector map to get
all required data in one array (of course in C)  which is needed by
v.surf.rst module.
