 I was able to compiling r43810, but when I did a make install, I noticed
 this error:

 sed -i -e 's#/tools/g.html2man/g.html2man/tools/g.html2man#'
 /home/bob/apps/grass-6.5.svn/include/Make/Man.make
 sed: -e expression #1, char 48: unterminated `s' command
 make[1]: [real-install] Error 1 (ignored)
 }}}

 It appears that the install process did not abort
