[GRASS-dev] GRASS 7.0 startut --config option

Hi devs, I just added a --config option in the grass.py startup
script. This can print some parameters of GRASS installation, now it
can return the GISBASE (path option), the compiler used (compiler),
the architecture of compilation (arch), and the configure string used
(build). It's possible to add more if you think that they are useful.

Some example:

grass70 --config path
/home/luca/compilati/grass70_new/dist.i686-pc-linux-gnu

grass70 --config path arch
/home/luca/compilati/grass70_new/dist.i686-pc-linux-gnu
i686-pc-linux-gnu
