I've just got an netbook which crashes in the same moment so I can test it more.
It's Ubuntu 10.04, 32bit, python 2.6.5., wxpython 2.8.10.1.
lspci gives
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series
Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
(Actually, I don't know what can affect it)
