[GRASS-dev] GRASS extensions/addons mismatch

right, I am speaking about the normal situation, bearing in mind that
99% percent of GRASS users even don't know about GRASS_ADDON_PATH
variable ;-)

It should be done before 6.4.2, if no objections I will implemented it
