[GRASS-dev] osge4w - compiling of g.region fails

  Hi,

compiling grass64svn in the osgeo4w-stack (tried with patch of 
https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/1271#comment:3 and with a local copy
of projects.h - both the same), there is following error in compiling g.region:
