nviz_cmd now compiles on Mac (was Re: [GRASS-dev] wxNviz volumes)

Just an update - nviz_cmd now compiles on Mac, I think r46942 fixed it.
The output command works well and opens a lot of possibilities for creating dynamic visualizations.
