[GRASS-dev] Differences between GRASS 6.4 and 6.5

Hi,

I have been diff'ing the entire GRASS 6.4 against 6.5 and
backported fixes and minor things as appearing non-risky
in order to gain stability (yet to desire for the wxGUI).

I came across differences in these file/directories which I
cannot judge:

Please advice if there any bugfixes which do not break GRASS 6.4 to be
