 Steps to reproduce:
  * Start v.digit with -n flag
  * Go to settings -> Attribute table
  * Add a new attribute "foo" integer
  * Click "Create table"
  * Opens a new window. Wait... KaBOOM!
  * v.digit is unresponsive and has to be killed.
