 I encoutered the error also at default package for opensuse 11.4. python-
 wxWidgets version 2.8.11.0 and GRASS version 6.4.1RC2-4.5

 The export GRASS_WX_DEBUG=5 env variable does not change anything. The
 error
 messsage is
