[GRASS-dev] Problem running wxpython GUI
All:
I have built GRASS 6.4.1 on Linux with the following ./configure:
./configure --with-sqlite --with-postgres
--with-tcltk-libs=/usr/local/tcltk-8.4.11/lib
--with-tcltk-includes=/usr/local/tcltk-8.4.11/include
--with-gdal=/usr/local/bin/gdal-config --with-libs=/usr/local/lib
--with-includes=/usr/local/include
--with-python=/usr/local/python-awips-2.5.1/bin/python-config
--with-wxwidgets=/usr/local/bin/wx-config
The tcltk GUI works perfectly fine, but when I try g.gui wxpython, I get:
GRASS 6.4.1 (sref):w > ERROR: wxGUI requires wxPython. No module named
wxversion
I'm using wxPython 2.8.12…
I've googled "wxGUI requires wxPython" and "No module named wxversion"
and have not found much that was helpful. Any suggestions? Maybe
"--with-wxwidgets=/usr/local/bin/wx-config" is wrong??
