Hi, I have a question about scripts management in windows as opposted to linux.
While in linux everything is easy because the shell can simply execute
scripts, it seems that in wingrass (I am checking the osgeo4w version)
there is a bat script inside the bin folder for every script in the
scripts folder, which simply executes the script through te current
shell.
Is there a reason for not keeping the bat scripts for the scripts in
the scrips folder? And is the policy to have a bat for each script,
i.e in windows would it be enough to browse the bin folder for
commands?

Tanks,
Andrea
