 I have consistently reproduced the error reported by r.stream.order.
 The add-on module creates the vector stream but the creation of
 corresponding table in postgres database fails with error "unable to ..
 driver(pg)". Although database is connected properly. New vectors are
 being created by other modules along with the table in postgres.
