[GRASS-dev] compiling wingrass (branches, trunk) - problems with missing msvcrt90.dll

hi,

since quite a while, while compiling wingrass(64,65,70) in the
osgeo4w-stack, an error messages pops up 
that msvcrt90.dll is missing or damaged while building m.nviz.image.exe and
r.out.tiff.exe.

m.nviz.image.exe and r.out.tiff.exe are built, but not working.

msvcrt90.dll is installed here on my WinVista-box
(from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/a/5/0a5ce308-1e15-4806-964c-72dbf88de86d/vcredist_x86.exe).

any ideas?
