[GRASS-dev] wxGUI MapFrame refactoring

Hi devs,

Vaclav and I are reorganizing mapdisp.MapFrame code to be able to
derive new class for wx.iclass from MapFrameBase. So far we have
rewritten statusbar so that its functionality is in one file
mapdisp_statusbar.py. Each functionality is in one class. Please
report any problems, we tested it but still we could miss something.
