[GRASS-dev] GRASS 6: Predefining GRASS_ADDONS_PATH

Hi,

in GRASS7, the GRASS_ADDONS_PATH is predefined if not user defined.
The same should happen in GRASS 6 to avoid extra user hassle.

Attached a Linux oriented patch, what would be the settings for $MINGW,
$CYGWIN and $MACOSX?
