 The SQLite documentation says that datetime is of the format "YYYY-MM-DD
 HH:MM:SS". According to lib/db/dbmi_base/datetime.c, DB_SQL_TYPE_TIMESTAMP
 seems to be an exact match. Try trunk r48359.
