Comment(by hamish):

 lib/vask/ has "\author GRASS GIS Development Team" and \date (presumably
 added in the great cvs changelog -> copyright author list task), but never
 "(c) [year] [author]", which may be needed.

 I assume this is because the library has come mostly unchanged since the
 pre-GPL days and no new creative content has been added to them since.

 Actually Glynn & Moritz have done some work on them, suggest to add
  (c) 2002-2007 by the GRASS Development Team
 to the various header comments.
