Comment:

 The TclTK georectify tool has been superceeded with the wxGUI
 georectify tool:
 http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/WxPython-based_GUI_for_GRASS#Georectifier_2

 I take liberty to close as "wontfix" since the TclTK georectify tool
 is essentially unmaintained. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.
