I think the short blurb (abstract) is nearing
completion,

The main announcement still needs lots of work,

I think to consolidate some of the rambling
philosophical stuff where it gets redundant (mea
culpa). Also the "what's changed" needs to be
moved in, but first the "technical changes" page
on the trac wiki should be completed:

please work on that. :-)

I've been trying to focus it on user-visible changes
and user-invisible but fundamental backend things
which might trigger memory-recall when new bugs are
discovered, and leave off trivial changes (there is
the full ChangeLog for that).

I have not read through the 1300 changelog entries
since 6.4.1 for missed things & there is still lots
of room for improvement.
