 hmm, I think you are going to have to look inside of gdal(.exe and or
 .dll) with `Dependency Walker`,
   http://www.dependencywalker.com

 Probably we know xerces-c will be missing, but just to 100% confirm before
 taking the request to the osgeo4w packagers.
