that matters for forward-compatibility with grass7,
where r.mapcalc uses the regular parser and key=value
would otherwise be confused with a module option.
so e.g. all grass6 help page examples have been
changed to make them version neutral.

the wxgui command line may or may not care too.. worth
a try.
