 Bad news: I tested
 http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass70/WinGRASS-7.0.SVN-r50400-1-Setup.exe
 and does not work on xp. Exactly nothing happens. When executing the start
 bat files from the windows command line, there seems to be a problem with
 an unquoted path somewhere.
